Delivery policy

1. DELIVERY AREAS

Sticky Pad® ships worldwide, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.

Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable. Eligible countries are displayed during checkout.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed:

  • week-end

  • Public holidays

They are processed the next business day.


3. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days

  • Europe: 3 to 8 business days

  • International (outside Europe): 5 to 15 business days

These timeframes are indicative and may be extended in the event of:

  • Large crowds

  • Customs controls

  • Exceptional circumstances beyond our control


4. DELIVERY COSTS

The delivery charges are:

  • Calculated automatically during the ordering process

  • Depending on the destination and weight of the package

Free delivery offers may be available from time to time.


5. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required.

  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • Sticky Pad® has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number, when available.

Tracking allows you to follow the parcel's journey until its final delivery.


7. LOST, STUCK OR DELAYED PARCELS

Sticky Pad® cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays related to carriers

  • Customs blockages

  • Import refusals specific to certain countries

8. DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

Sticky Pad® cannot be held responsible:

  • Due to an address error

  • Regarding a returned or undelivered package due to an incorrect address

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


9. DAMAGED PACKAGE

In case of receiving a damaged package:

  1. Take photos of the package and the product

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt

  3. Send the items to 📩 contact@stickypad.fr

Any claim made after the deadline may be refused.


10. ABSENCE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

In case of absence at the time of delivery:

  • The carrier may make another attempt or drop off the package at a collection point.

  • If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
