Returns Policy
1. RETURN PERIOD
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Beyond this period, we will unfortunately be unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the Sticky Pad® product must:
Be new, unused and unwashed
To be returned in its original, undamaged packaging
Show no signs of wear, deterioration, dust or loss of adhesion
⚠️ No returns will be accepted for:
The products used, tested, washed or soiled
Products damaged due to misuse or an incompatible surface
Items customized or modified at the customer's request
3. REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the item.
We will then inform you whether the refund is accepted or refused.
If the refund is approved, it will be automatically made to the original payment method within a few days (depending on your bank).
4. DELAYED OR MISSING REFUND
If you have not yet received your refund:

5. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only possible for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

6. GIFTS
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a credit note for the corresponding amount may be issued upon receipt of the return.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the customer who placed the order.
7. SHIPPING OF RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, the return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
